Privacy at Hame

• Audio is never stored. Hame listens live and finds the reference; the sound itself is never written to disk or sent anywhere after it has been read.
• A transcript is kept only if your church turns retention on, and only for as long as your plan says. You can delete it at any time.
• Hame never holds your member list. If a volunteer cannot sign in, an owner or admin at your church fixes it from Manage, not us.
